By using SplitIt you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service
SplitIt is a record-keeping tool for shared expenses. We do not process payments or hold funds. You must be 13+ and provide accurate account information.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, hack, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not upload unlawful or harmful content.
- Comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.
4. Optional SMS
SMS expense suggestions require explicit in-app consent. The app works fully without SMS access.
5. User content
You own data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the service.
6. Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change with reasonable notice.
7. Disclaimer & liability
SplitIt is provided "as is". Verify amounts before real-world payments. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may request deletion per our Account Deletion process.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction unless otherwise required.
